Request for Proposal for Preparation of Third-Party Environmental Impact Statement
Cheniere is soliciting proposals from contractors on the preparation of a FERC third-party Environmental Impact Statement (“EIS”) to be prepared under a third-party contractor arrangement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) Office of Energy Projects (“OEP”). FERC’s OEP would be responsible for the selection of the third-party contractor, based on its independent review of the technical, managerial, personnel, and Organizational Conflict of Interest (“OCI”) aspects of each contractor and related proposal. Cheniere would be responsible for finalizing a contract with and funding the successful contractor.
In order to receive a copy of the Request for Proposal, firms are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) with Cheniere. Signing the NDA will not obligate a firm to submit a proposal. To obtain a copy of the NDA, please contact:
