Our Rotational Program is a company-wide development program designed for new or recent graduates, as a means of attracting, developing and later hiring high-potential talent. It comprises up to four 6-month placements in which participants rotate through different departments in their chosen career track. These departments include finance, commercial structuring, corporate development and strategy, treasury and commodity operations, among others.

Throughout the rotational program, participants develop a variety of professional skills and gain a unique big picture” understanding of the organization. After completing the required number of rotations, rotational analysts may be placed in a primary job within an applicable functional area based on business needs and the participant’s unique interests and skillset.
